That knowledge usually lives with one person, in their head and their text messages. VaySix gathers it as ordinary use goes along — repairs logged, guides written once, documents filed, decisions recorded — so the place can be cared for properly by whoever is looking after it next.
A shared place involves genuinely sensitive things: how to get in, what it costs, who owns what. Those are treated as sensitive from the beginning.
Door, gate, and alarm codes are held separately from ordinary content, shown only to the right person in the right window, and kept out of calendar invitations and notification logs.
Each family's records live behind their own boundary. Permissions are checked on the server for every request — never merely hidden in the interface.
Reservations, documents, and property history can be exported whenever you want them. Nothing about the place is locked in here.
